Thank you for shopping at Barkilio. We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return conditions below.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items, such as personalized products or perishable goods, cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us first at Barkilio.contact@gmail.com with your order number and details.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
